North Park

Corner of Church & 13th Street
* WIFI Available.The North Park has the largest pavilion for use, complete with a stage, lights, water access, and electricity, and multiple picnic tables. There is also an accessible playground, public restrooms, basketball courts and open parking available.
On the block east of the North Park, you will find McMillan Ball Field, the City Swimming Pool, the Boy and Girl Scouts’ Cabin, along with a tennis court that also is lined for playing Pickleball.
South Park

Arrowsmith South Park and Campground

Gibson City’s Arrowsmith South Park and Campground include amenities such as a covered pavilion, a basketball court, and a playground.
Campground Information: There are 9 camping spaces, including 1 handicap-designated space (43 ft x 19 ft); size of the lot spaces range from 40 ft x 12 ft. to 48 ft x 12 ft. The rate per night is currently $20.00 per night, which is only to be paid directly through Camp Spot. Open April thru October with water and 30 amp electricity hookup, as well as a dump station available for campers. You may stay for the limit of 7 days. A Shower house is available but shower keys must be attained from the Police Department. Other amenities include fire rings, picnic tables, and a small visitor info center are also available.

West Park

Corner of 9th St. & West St.
* WIFI Unavailable. The West Park has a playground, a small pavilion, a Little League ballfield and the “Ed Day Skate Park”.
Jordan Fishing Pond and Community Dog Park

* WIFI Unavailable. Those who enjoy the outdoors can venture to Jordan Pond (located West of Gibson City, off Hwy 9 on 300 East Rd) to take in a bit of scenery while enjoying time near the water. Also, there is a newly established community Dog Park directly next to Pond, with a fenced in area.
Numerous events are held throughout the year, including an Annual Kids Fishing Derby. There is a walking path available with botanical spotlights for native plants, along with a Pavilion and seating reservations available for gatherings.
