The program Futures Unlimited has taken over for Telecare. They are based out of Pontiac, and have shared the following info with us for your reference:

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM
Scheduled lead times: At least 24-48 hrs. for nonmedical trips
At least 72 hrs. for medical trips
