To Gibson City Residents:
The City of Gibson would like to notify its residents that a city-wide hydrant flushing will begin on the evening of Sunday, April 19, 2026, and will continue for approximately a week.
The City plans to work hard and efficiently to continue flushing throughout the schedule, making their way across the city, and will hopefully conclude approximately April 26, 2026.
This process is done twice a year, and often stirs up rusty water at times. Regarding any necessary updates, we will share the most current information and details while flushing on our Facebook (www.facebook.com/cityofgibson) and City website.
