NOTICE: June Water Billings

The City of Gibson would like to notify residents that the most current billing issued for June 2025 includes 17 additional days of usage when compared to the previous billing cycles of 2 months. This mishap was a processing error, and the City would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

The next consecutive billing cycle will reflect usage minus the 17 days that were included previous to correct our mistake. (Residents will be billed for approximately 1 1/2 months instead of 2 months like usual.) If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at (217)-784-5872.

Again, the City apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused, and will return to its regular billings within the October billing cycle.
