At Monday night’s Council Meeting, the City of Gibson received two generous donations, totaling $20,000, that were specified to be used for the pond at Jordan Park. $10,000 was presented by Ray Lantz on behalf of The Presbyterian Church in Gibson City; the donation was in honor of former GCMS school teacher Larry Richoz. Kevin and LeeAnn Seymour also donated $10,000 which was from the estate of Larry Richoz. Mr. Richoz was an avid fisherman and The City is happy to accept these donations in his memory.
